The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate at our Montgomery County branch. You will deliver excellent customer service, support B2B sales, perform cashier duties, and help load products into customer vehicles.

Responsibilities include stocking and merchandising, analyzing basic inventory, promoting private label brands, and educating customers on our Brick and Click model. Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or supply chain experience.
• No degree required; relevant skills and alignment with values matter most.

Responsibilities

• Develop business-to-business sales and build relationships with customers.
• Follow TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customer’s needs, 3) exceed expectations, 4) build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier duties and loading products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store through cleaning and merchandising; restock shelves and incoming stock.
• Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
• Educate customers on our Brick and Click business model and competitive advantages.
