You will stand at store entrances, greet customers, monitor for shoplifting, and support shortage reduction programs with a professional appearance and clear communication. The role emphasizes vigilance, teamwork with store leadership, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and provide friendly service.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction programs and share knowledge with associates.
