Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous cashier or front-end experience is required.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress.
• Must be able to read and do simple math problems.
• Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting cashiers promptly.
• Oversee front-end operations and maintain high service standards.
• Open registers when lines are long to minimize wait times.
• Create and enforce work schedules for front-end staff.
• Assist with various sales transactions in line with company policy.
• Process Western Union and Money Order transactions.
• Monitor pricing, register issues, and missing items in POS files.
• Handle refunds, overrides, and cash pickups as needed.
• Enforce dress code and monitor breaks per policy.
