Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers within 10 feet and assisting cashiers.
• Open additional registers to minimize wait times when lines grow.
• Create and enforce front-end work schedules.
• Assist with transactions including Accounts Receivable, Food Stamps, WIC, and gift cards.
• Process Western Union and Money Order transactions.
• Monitor pricing issues, register malfunctions, and missing items.
• Enforce dress code and monitor breaks.
• Ensure proper bagging and carryout service per policy.
• Handle refunds and overrides as needed.
