Qualifications

• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum including cashier/service-desk topics.
• Ability to operate cash register systems and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, customer-oriented approach and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive front-end operations for a smooth shift handoff.
• Lead and train team members in the department and across roles.
• Manage tasks for cashiers, service desk and courtesy team to meet goals.
• Coach for labor utilization and customer issue resolution.
• Escalate concerns to leadership as needed.
• Support community and program initiatives as a role model.
• Act as SME for market programs and company pilots.
• Assign and follow up on tasks with leadership collaboration.
