Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader for Service & Engagement (Assistant Manager Front End) at our Somersworth, NH location. You will lead guest services, drive loyalty, and oversee front-end operations to ensure quick, friendly service and a seamless shopping experience.

You will manage a team of hourly associates, schedule coverage, monitor store metrics, and partner across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and program standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop hourly team members.
