Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders focused on exceeding guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long and short term needs.
• Manage training and performance coaching to improve front-of-store experiences.
