Job summary

Target, in Williston, ND, seeks an Executive Team Leader Service & Engagement (Assistant Manager Front End) to lead guest interactions across checklanes, order pick-up, and drive-up services. You will manage a team of Guest Advocates and front-end leaders to deliver exceptional service and sales results.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts to meet peak times, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while promoting Target's benefits and customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders who strive to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit – both short and long term.
• Coach leaders on training completion, understanding, and ongoing education.
• Engage in development conversations and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Ensure schedules support peak traffic times and a frictionless guest experience.
