• Coordinate actions affecting shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns to leadership.
• Lead by example in community programs and team engagement.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members within span of care.
• Train and mentor team members on the job.
• Act as subject matter expert for market programs and pilots.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure completion.
