Qualifications

• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum.
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to lift/move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts.
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader is not present.
• Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility. Proactively escalate concerns to leadership as they arise.
• Champion participation in community programs. Lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group engagement.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their span of care.
• Perform on-the-job/hands-on team member training and mentoring.
• Serve as subject matter expert for market programs, company pilots, and development/training programs.
• Assign tasks to team members within the department, in partnership with the team leader, and follow up to ensure task completion.
