• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth shift handoffs.
• Perform department survival walk and shift-to-shift handoffs when leaders are absent.
• Coordinate actions affecting shrink and financial outcomes and report concerns to leadership.
• Lead participation in community programs and engage team member resources.
• Serve as a certified trainer and mentor team members.
• Provide on-the-job training and act as SME for programs and pilots.
• Assign tasks within the department and ensure completion.
