Qualifications

• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum.
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, customer focus, organization and urgency.
• Good multitasking abilities and team coordination.
• Physical capability for lifting and movement as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts.
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off.
• Coordinate actions involving monitoring and control of shrink and financial outcomes.
• Escalate concerns to leadership as they arise.
• Lead by example with team member engagement and training.
• Train and mentor team members on the job.
• Assign tasks to team members and follow up for completion.
