Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Front End Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee overall front end revenue cycle functions and drive daily operations for multiple departments, providing office management and supervision of non-clinical staff, and serving as an administrative and financial resource.

Responsibilities include referrals, scheduling, registration, charge entry, regulatory compliance, medical records, staff education and staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years clerical experience in a medical office.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of policies, fiscal and HR management; data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall front end revenue cycle functions.
• Provide office management and supervision of non-clinical staff.
• Interface with referral sources, insurers, hospital staff, physicians and customers.
• Oversee referrals, scheduling, registration, charge entry, regulatory compliance, medical records, staff education and staffing.
• Supervise 10–19 FTEs.
