Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, budgeting, and producing monthly operational reports. A Bachelor's degree, CPR, CPI within 90 days, and 3+ years in supervisory, behavioral health, and healthcare settings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPR - American Heart Association; CPI within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of experience in a business office or finance/accounting environment.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum three years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum three years of health care experience.
• Crisis line of crisis intervention experience.
• Substantial knowledge of insurance plans (Commercial, Managed Care, capitated plans; Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the front end revenue cycle: registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
• Prepares complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables and forms using advanced software.
• Delivers care appropriate to the age and needs of patients served.
• Oversees scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, reception and clerical support.
• Manages hiring, orientation, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Contributes to policy, procedure, and budget development; assists with new protocols and meetings.
• Prepares monthly operations reports (volumes, referrals, charity care, collections).
• Monitors budget, resolves variances, and collaborates on annual budget development.
• Organizes workload to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Keeps staff up-to-date with trends and training needs; arranges seminars.
