Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Supervisor to manage the front end revenue cycle at Linden Oaks in Naperville. You will supervise registration, scheduling, insurance verification and financial counseling, using advanced software to prepare complex reports and forms.

You will lead a team, hire and train staff, develop policies and budgets, and monitor monthly metrics. The role requires at least three years of supervisory and healthcare experience, along with CPR certification and CPI within 90 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPR certification required; CPI within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience in a business office or finance/accounting environment.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum three years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience.
• Crisis line/intervention experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans (Commercial, Managed Care, capitated plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front end revenue cycle activities.
• Utilize software to prepare complex correspondence, reports, charts, and forms.
• Ensure care appropriate to age of patients; address their needs.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and clerical support.
• Hire, orient, train, evaluate, and discipline department staff as needed.
• Develop departmental policies, procedures and budgets with management.
• Prepare monthly operation reports and monitor budget variances.
• Plan workload to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Encourage staff development and seminars.
