Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the front end revenue cycle including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
• Prepare complex reports, charts, tables and forms using advanced software skills.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and clerical support.
• Hire, orient, train, evaluate, and discipline department personnel.
• Develop departmental policies, procedures and budgets; assist in annual operating budget planning.
• Coach staff to optimize customer satisfaction and maintain deadlines.
• Identify staff training needs and organize seminars.
