Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee front-end operations and maximize customer experience, sales, and merchandising. This role leads staff, oversees training, and ensures quality service across the store, warehouse, and related locations.

You will supervise hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, coordinate with IT for POS updates, and maintain safety and asset protection policies while serving as a role model in a fast-paced community nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in store environments.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through proper rotation, display, signage, and inventory control.
• Hire, orient, train, coach, evaluate, and terminate staff as needed; promote teamwork.
• Ensure quality customer service and courteous interactions with customers, donors, and staff.
