The Lead will act as the in-store expert for their department, coach teammates, and ensure daily tasks, game plans, and events align with company policies while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifikationen

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, and to ascend heights.

Aufgaben

• Lead in-store execution of brand standards and department standards.
• Provide direction and coaching to teammates and participate in interviews and onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards and safety procedures.
