• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift 15–35 lbs regularly and for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Provide direction to teammates and exemplify company values.
• Coach teammates and support onboarding and cross-training.
• Plan 30 days ahead with guidance from store leadership.
• Recruit and interview potential team members and maintain a people-first culture.
• Delegate tasks based on priority while ensuring loss prevention and safety procedures.
