Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Lincoln, NE is seeking a part-time Front End Sales team member to help customers find what they need and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will engage shoppers, explain products, and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card options when appropriate.

You’ll assist with truck unloading, shelving, and planograms, participate in store recovery and stock improvements, and support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
