Michaels is seeking personnel to help customers in Fayetteville, ensuring a friendly shopping experience. You will assist with locating products, manage fast checkouts, and support omni‑channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You’ll contribute to a well‑stocked, safe, and welcoming store environment.

You will engage customers in rewards programs while following SOPs, and you’ll help with merchandise recovery and organized store presentation to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash.
• Comfort engaging with customers and answering questions.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Inform customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram tasks.
• Maintain in‑stock, well‑merchandised store through recovery and return processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
