Qualifications

• Bachelor level: not required; high school diploma acceptable with leadership potential.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Supervise duties of department associates and provide performance feedback.

• Support budgeted financials, operating results and KPIs for the Front End.
• Maintain an enthusiastic customer service environment and a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory, schedules, and service levels to ensure smooth Front End operations.
