Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a store operations support role focused on supervising front-end staff, training, and improving customer service. You will implement policies, respond to customer concerns, and help open new stores with in-store training and workforce system support.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of retail experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Three to five years of retail experience.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations with supervision, training and support of front-end staff.
• Respond to customer service issues regarding front-end operations.
• Develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation for front-end operations.
• Provide in-store front-end training and support for new store openings.
• Coordinate workforce management system training and support.
• Assist with store issues in Accounting and Payroll as needed.
• Train cashier functions including customer service and sales.
• Demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
