Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a front-end supervisor to support store operations, train front-end personnel, and improve customer service. You will respond to customer issues, develop procedures, and assist with new store openings and wage/workforce systems.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong communication skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends. Background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Evening shifts required, and at least every other weekend.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations with supervision and training of front-end staff.
• Respond to customer service issues regarding front-end operations.
• Develop and maintain front-end policy and procedure documentation.
• Provide in-store training for new store openings and payroll/workforce systems.
• Support accounting and payroll with store issues as needed.
• Train cashier functions including customer service and sales.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
