Food Lion in Durham, NC seeks a Front End Manager to oversee service center, self-checkout, and To-Go operations; you will hire, train, and supervise front-end staff while driving sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, ensure excellent service, manage schedules, monitor KPI targets, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Front End operations including Service Center, Self-Checkout and Food Lion To-Go.
• Hire, train, and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates; provide ongoing performance management training and conduct timely formal appraisals.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture reflective of our Brand, Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financials, operating results and Food Lion To-Go KPIs.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
