Qualifications

• Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of department operations (labor scheduling, inventory).
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop more effective Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting processes.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service across the department.
• Improve key retailing metrics and reports.
• Provide training and follow up on Key Retailing aspects.
• Coach and train front end supervisors.
• Promote company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized shopping environment at check stands and related areas.
• Follow through on special assignments and duties as assigned.
• Perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
