Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Front End Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations and uphold core values of respect, integrity, and safety. You will work across Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting to streamline processes, coach supervisors, and maintain a clean, welcoming checkout environment.

Responsibilities include training, policy development, and collaboration with store management to promote Kroger initiatives.

Qualifications

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights as needed.
• Retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn a wide range of computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked.

Responsibilities

• Explore and improve Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting processes and policies.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service across the department.
• Provide training and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front-end supervisors.
