Qualifications

• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of key components of department operations (people, merchandising, inventory, shrink, scheduling, expenses).

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop more effective processes and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Improve Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over/Short and related metrics.
• Provide training and follow-up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service managers and front end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to reports.
• Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean shopping environment at check stands and surrounding areas.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
