Job summary

Kroger is seeking a front-end supervisor to oversee the customer service and front-end operations at our Palatine, IL location. You will lead a team, manage daily activities, and ensure excellent service while upholding safety and company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating front-end tasks, training associates, handling cash procedures, and maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers. Prior cashier/retail/leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Basic math: counting, addition, subtraction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Second language ability is a plus.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the role.
