Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum.
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Good communication skills, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented and with a sense of urgency.
• Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and other physical activities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate checkout flow and maintain front-end cleanliness and standards.
• Assign tasks to cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members and follow up.
• Coach and train team members in their span of care.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes within areas of responsibility and escalate concerns.
• Lead participation in community programs and team engagement.
