Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to operate a front-end loader, move aggregates, and support daily asphalt plant production. You will help maintain stockpiles and assist with plant operations in a safety‑first environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in construction, with proven heavy equipment knowledge. This on-site role requires teamwork and adherence to OSHA rules, including PPE use and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred.
• 2 years of previous related experience in the construction field.
• Previous knowledge of heavy equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
