Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support daily asphalt plant production by operating a front-end loader, handling aggregate materials, and keeping stockpiles organized.

You will follow OSHA safety procedures, perform routine equipment checks, and collaborate with plant operators and drivers. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with plant operators, truck drivers, and other crew members to ensure smooth production flow.
