Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Loader Operator in Corpus Christi to support daily asphalt plant production. You will operate a front-end loader to move and supply aggregates, maintain stockpile organization, and monitor material quality to ensure smooth production.

The role requires basic equipment checks, PPE per OSHA/MSHA, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related construction experience preferred; safety procedures are

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of related construction experience.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with plant operators, truck drivers, and other crew members to ensure smooth production flow.
