Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Loader Operator to support daily asphalt plant production. You will operate a front-end loader, manage stockpiles, monitor material quality, and assist with plant operations while following safety procedures.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related construction experience; knowledge of heavy equipment and ability to work nights/weekends as needed. OSHA/MSHA PPE required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
