Job summary

CRH Texas Materials is seeking a Loader Operator to support asphalt plant production by operating a front-end loader, loading aggregates to bins and maintaining stockpiles.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and about 2 years of related construction experience; willingness to work nights and weekends, and travel as needed. Strict adherence to OSHA/MSHA safety practices is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• About 2 years of related construction experience.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load, and supply materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies.
• Perform basic equipment checks, fueling, cleaning, and inspections.
• Assist with general plant upkeep and other production tasks.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with plant operators and truck drivers to ensure smooth production flow.
