Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is a leading supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready‑mixed concrete, and paving and construction services in Texas. The Loader Operator role focuses on operating heavy equipment to support daily asphalt plant production and maintaining stockpile organization.

Responsibilities include moving materials with a front-end loader, performing basic equipment checks, and ensuring safety protocols per OSHA guidelines while coordinating with plant personnel to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 2 years of previous related experience in the construction field.
• Previous knowledge of heavy equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move, load and supply aggregate materials to bins and hoppers.
• Maintain organized and properly managed stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies to plant personnel.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, inspections).
• Assist with general plant upkeep and support other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with plant operators, truck drivers, and other crew members to ensure smooth production flow.
