Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move and load materials.
• Maintain organized stockpiles.
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies.
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA/MSHA.
• Support daily plant operations.
• Communicate with plant operators and drivers.
