Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good training skills.
• Strong supervision and coordination skills.
• Good counting and math skills.
• Ability to read and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Knowledge of Front-end operations and check stand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity (over/short tills, check collection, cash handling, and compliance).
• Direct Front-End staff with accountability to achieve high business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions are met (check stands, floors, carts, etc.).
• Perform store balancing (bookkeeping) to enhance shopping experience.
• Monitor customer experience on front-end and respond to issues.
• Occasionally maintain total store operations in absence of store management.
