Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Guest Service Standards as per policy.
• Manage guest traffic flow and monitor front-end productivity.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager to meet service goals.
• Train cashiers and instruct hosts to call additional front-end staff.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Ensure front end is clean and organized; parking lot free of debris.
• Model positive behavior in speech, dress, hygiene and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use; enforce front-end policies.
• Monitor asset protection and shrink control across front end.
• Process guest orders as cashier or guest service clerk if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
