Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee all front end functions, including POS, service desk, layaway, and cash office tasks. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience, manage scheduling within payroll budgets, and uphold cash management accountability across the team.

You will lead daily briefings, audits, and performance discussions with the store leadership, while promoting high-energy leadership and first-rate customer service across the front end.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule front end staffing to meet business needs without overspending payroll.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout with effective line control.
• Maintain front end cleanliness and organization to company standards.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct daily/weekly reviews with Store Manager.
• Lead “A” team initiatives: line control, fast and friendly checkout, cash management.
