Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and train frontline staff to build an A team.
• Schedule front end coverage to meet business needs without overspending payroll.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout with no more than 3 people in a line.
• Monitor cashier performance and cash handling.
• Review reports daily and escalate issues to Store Manager/Loss Prevention.
• Conduct morning meetings reviewing sales, line control, and cash handling.
