Job summary

JobTarget, LLC seeks a Front End Manager responsible for all front end operations including POS, service desk, and cash management. You will schedule staff to balance payroll with business needs, ensure a fast and friendly checkout, and maintain high standards for front end efficiency.

You will lead and train front end teams, uphold company initiatives, and drive exceptional customer service while monitoring cash handling and front end performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• High Energy, Hands-on Leader.
• Excellent People Skills.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee POS registers and service desk operations to ensure fast checkout.
• Schedule front end staffing to meet business needs without overspending payroll hours.
• Maintain front end cleanliness, organization and service standards; ensure quick and friendly checkout.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct regular audits as needed.
• Lead daily JUICE meetings reviewing sales results, line control and cash handling responsibilities.
• Communicate policies, procedures and promotions to staff and ensure adherence.
