Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee all front end operations including POS registers, service desk, and layaway. You will schedule staff, maintain a fast and friendly checkout experience, supervise cash handling, and ensure front end standards and cleanliness are kept to policy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing a front end team in a high volume fast paced retail environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to hire top front end talent and build an effective A team.
• Schedule front end coverage to meet business needs without overspending payroll hours.
• Maintain a fast and friendly checkout with minimal lines and consistent service.
• Monitor cashier performance and cash handling procedures daily.
• Communicate policies, promotions, and store initiatives to front end staff.
• Ensure proper dress code, name tags, and front end cleanliness and standards.
