Responsibilities

• Partners with the admin and store manager in hiring “A” team members to work at the front end.
• Schedule to the needs of the business without overspending the budget.
• Maintain a fast and friendly checkout experience with optimal line control.
• Monitor cashiers performance and ensure accountability.
• Review reports daily/weekly and escalate issues to Store Manager.
• Conduct morning briefings reviewing sales results and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with company initiatives (A Teams, Line Control, Fast & Friendly Checkout, Cash Management).
• Ensure customer greets, assists and thanks customers; project a positive image.
