Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• High energy, hands-on leadership with excellent people skills.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hire A-team members to work at the front end in partnership with the store manager.
• Schedule front end staffing to needs of the business while controlling payroll.
• Maintain a fast and friendly checkout with no more than 3 people in line.
• Monitor cashier performance with constant front-end visibility.
• Review reports daily/weekly and escalate issues to Store Manager and Loss Prevention.
• Lead morning JUICE meetings covering sales, line control and cash management.
• Ensure flawless execution of company initiatives (A Teams, Line Control, Fast & Friendly Checkout, Cash Management).
