Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in retail operations, cash handling, loss prevention and merchandising.
• Two or more years in a big-box retail environment with lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and customer satisfaction standards are met at store level.
• Lead front end staffing and training for competent service.
• Coach associates on customer satisfaction and sales presentation.
• Oversee ad set and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage merchandise processing, cycle counts and inventory control.
• Handle store cash, deposits and open/close procedures.
• Support front end staff during transactions and assist with loss prevention.
