Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise the frontline team in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach, and develop staff to deliver outstanding member service and drive membership program results.

Responsibilities include monitoring operations, ensuring policy compliance, and maximizing member experience through efficient front-end processes and teamwork. Regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line (including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk) in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Models and provides excellent Member service, coaching, teaching and developing team members.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Performs front end responsibilities including closing through POS and handling member issues.
