Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach and develop team members to deliver excellent member service and execute membership programs and initiatives.

Your role includes monitoring, driving membership metrics, and ensuring efficient front-end operations, including POS, cashier support, and member services. This position emphasizes a fast, friendly, and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line (including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk) in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Drives member engagement, speed, and productivity on the front end.
• Trains, coaches, motivates, and evaluates frontline Team Members.
