Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to store plans and priorities; communicates updates to management.
