Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead in Olive Branch, MS to guide front-end operations and support the Store Manager. You will drive customer satisfaction, supervise sales associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.

You will manage cash handling, maintain store cleanliness, and assist in staff training and development while upholding Five Below’s standards and SOPs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent requirement.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal engagement and service at the front end.
• Lead front end operations and assist Store Manager in daily store activities.
• Post cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of register functions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and merchandise recovery for a ready-to-shop environment.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and coaching of associates.
